  • If a donation is made by mistake or duplicated due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Event / Session Bookings

We offer paid online and offline sessions including Sanatana Pe Charcha, workshops, and guided spiritual events.

Cancellations by User:

Refunds are only applicable if the host cancels the workshop, session, or digital product. No refunds for participant cancellations.

Cancellations by Sanatana Journey:

If a session or event is canceled from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled session.

Product Purchases (If Applicable)

If any physical or digital products (books, kits, PDFs, etc.) are purchased via our website:

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
  • Physical Products: Refunds/replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery along with a photo/video for verification.

Payment Failures & Duplicates
